The breakfast had many choices and it was very good! I booked a larger room for three people and it was spacious enough to move around. Location is very accessible to major malls.

The window had no sound proof, even though it faced the main street.

The Minstral restaurant had excellent service at all hours. Room care was also excellent. The room was well cleaned daily. I slept comfortably, though the mattress could be a little softer.

The room was so humid. I had to ask for a dehumidifier, loud. Breakfast offered quite a few choices, but I found some issues. The hotel had some minor maintenance issues.

The breakfast spread was acceptable. There were some indian vegetarian options.

The bathtub in my room HAD a HUGE orange stain. It ran from the faucet to the bottom of the tub. It really looked dated.

spacious layout friendly staff outdated decor corridor noise

the room had a spacious layout. its cleanliness was noticeable and appreciated. the staff were generally friendly and cute. i found them helpful with directions.

the hotel looked somewhat outdated. the decor and facilities seemed like they needed updating. noise from the corridor was sometimes audible. it disrupted sleep a little.
